When the noodles are cooked and drained then make sure to also rinse the cooked pasta under cold water to remove any remaining starches left on the outside of the pasta.
This is an important step for making a better pasta salad
In a pot of boiling water add:
1 tablespoon of salt
250g of Rotini noodles and stir
Cook until done (approximately 8 minutes)
Drain out water and rinse off the noodles and then set noodles aside to finish cooling
Pasta Salad - The Noodles Dressing
In a Bowl add:
1 1/2 cups of Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons of milk
1/2 teaspoons of pepper & a pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon of paprika
1/2 of a graded garlic
Pasta Salad - The Other Stuff
Chop up the following items into cubes and add into a mixing bowl:
1/4 of an onion
2 celery
1 apple (2 different types) showing in video
1 cup medium fort cheddar cheese
100g gouda cheese
For garnish - 2 green onion chopped
Pasta Salad - Mix It Up
Add noodles with the other stuff and mix well
Sprinkle the green onion & paprika garnish on top of the noodles
