How to Make Homemade Pierogies (Potato or Cottage Cheese)

What I love about pierogies is that you can make them in large batches and then freeze them for a quick and easy delicious meal for
anytime you want them. There are no pierogies as good as homemade pierogies and I have never come across a store bought pierogies that
were anywhere near as good as these homemade ones are.
Homemade Pierogies Dough Recipe
Mix together:
2 eggs.
1/2 cup warm milk.
1 tbsp salt.
1 tbsp olive oil.
2 1/2 cup flour.
Mix well then knead dough for 10 mins then let it sit for 1/2 hour.

Homemade Pierogies - Potato Filling
Add salt to the water for boiling the potatoes.
Peel & cut four large Potatoes, put in pot cook until done.
In a cast iron pan, add one stick of butter, one chopped onion, one chopped garlic, and add a pinch of salt pepper. Cook till done then add to bowl.
Fry in the same pan 1/2 cup of hamburger, a pinch of seasoning salt & pepper, cook then add to bowl.
Add a cooked mashed potatoes to bowl and 3 cups of Cheese. Mix well and set aside.
